Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Pickleball and Assistant Tennis Professional based in Dallas, TX. The individual will oversee the development and coordination of the pickleball program, provide tennis instruction, and ensure proper maintenance of equipment and courts. Daily tasks include coaching and working with members of all skill levels, organizing recreational and competitive games, delivering high‑level customer service, and assisting with overall club activity planning and member satisfaction.

Collaboration with the tennis and athletic departments is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Tennis Instruction and the game of Tennis
  • Experience maintaining and managing Tennis Courts
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to lead pickleball programs and work collaboratively with a team
  • Experience working in a professional sports or hospitality environment is a plus
  • Certified or licensed tennis and pickleball coaching credentials preferred
  • A passion for promoting a positive, family‑friendly club environment
