  • Flexible schedules – shifts are 4‑5 hours; shifts run on weeknights from 3‑7 pm and on weekends during the morning hours.

The Position:

The Aquatics Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of the aquatics program and customer service interactions. Priorities include ensuring the British Swim School program is delivered according to brand and safety standards, managing the instructor team, providing initial and ongoing training, handling customer conversations, and teaching lessons when necessary. The role also requires maintaining instructor certifications and fostering employee development.

Your Typical Responsibilities:

  • Onboard and manage employees to maintain a smooth execution of daily aquatics and service operations.
  • Create employee schedules and pool lesson schedules.
  • Address and document employee, customer, and pool incidents.
  • Teach and lead swimming lessons as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Love working with children.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of customer service and/or management experience.
  • Experience in swimming and fitness teaching/management is preferred; a specialist aquatics qualification is desirable but not required.
  • Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid certifications (may be obtained during training).
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
