Moving Staff; Japanese Language Skill

Overview

We are a well-established Japanese logistics company seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our moving team in Dallas. This position requires strong communication skills in Japanese as you will be interacting with our Japanese-speaking clientele. You will be an integral part of a three-person moving team, assisting with the safe and efficient packing, loading, transporting, and unloading of household goods.

In the late afternoon, after completing the day s moves, you will return to the office to assist with general administrative tasks. This is a full-time position with a consistent daytime schedule.

• Safely and efficiently pack, load, transport, and unload household goods.
• Work collaboratively as part of a three-person moving team.
• Provide excellent customer service, communicating clearly and professionally with clients in Japanese.
• Properly handle and care for customers  belongings.
• Ensure the safe operation of moving equipment and vehicles (as needed and if licensed).
• Assist with office duties upon returning from moving sites in the late afternoon, which may include: answering phones and taking messages, data entry and record-keeping, preparing paperwork and invoices, general office organization.
• Adhere to all company safety regulations and procedures.

• Fluency in Japanese is mandatory (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Previous experience in moving, logistics, or a related field is a plus but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy items.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Reliable transportation to and from the office and job sites.
• Valid driver s license with a clean driving record is preferred (may be required for driving company vehicles).
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (may vary slightly depending on the daily schedule).

Commensurate with experience (approximately $40,000 annually).
