Senior Specialist of the Automobile Logistics Department is responsible for organizing automobile transportation in accordance with the needs of the company's trading department.

The main task of the position is to ensure the required number of vehicles in the right place and at the right time at the most competitive market rate.

The specialist receives transportation requests from the Trading Department, analyzes the vehicle market, finds carriers, conducts negotiations regarding rates and conditions, agrees on transportation and monitors the provision of the agreed volume of vehicles.

The role involves active daily work with the carrier market and directly affects the profitability of the company's trading operations. Back-office and documentation for completed transportation are handled by a separate automobile logistics specialist.

• Receipt of automobile transportation requests from traders.
• Understanding the parameters of each transportation: route, cargo, tonnage, loading period, required number of vehicles and target rate.
• Operational assessment of the possibility of fulfilling the request.
• Formation of a plan for attracting transport for specific trading operations.
• Provision of the required number of vehicles in accordance with the agreed schedule.
• Continuous communication with traders regarding the actual situation in the vehicle transportation market.
