The Furniture Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering high-end furniture to clients across the United States, providing white glove service, and ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. This role requires safe and efficient transportation, professional assembly and setup of furniture, and careful handling of all products. • Safely and efficiently transport high-end furniture to client locations nationwide, ensuring products arrive in pristine condition.
• Provide white glove delivery service, including careful handling, assembly, and setup of furniture at clients’ homes or businesses.
• Follow manufacturer instructions for assembling and placing furniture to guarantee proper alignment and customer satisfaction.
• Inspect furniture for damages or defects prior to delivery, documenting and reporting any issues as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, obtain client signatures, and record pertinent notes or feedback for future reference.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to plan and optimize delivery routes, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Communicate clearly and courteously with clients to confirm delivery details, estimated arrival times, and address any questions or concerns.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and transportation regulations to protect the well-being of all parties involved.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance, promptly reporting any mechanical issues or malfunctions.
• Stay informed about product features and industry trends to answer client inquiries and provide expert guidance on furniture specifications.
• Load and unload delivery trucks safely, ensuring items are properly secured for transit.
