The Warehouse Associate will work in our Dallas, TX facility and will be responsible for tasks related to the warehouse, inventory, yard, and office. The role involves a hands‑on inventory management and interaction with field employees and customers. It requires 1‑3 years of warehouse experience.

• Load and unload materials and supplies from trucks.
• Assist staging materials (kitting) for projects.
• Perform equipment maintenance checks.
• Operate forklift and maintain vehicle records.
• Execute cost‑saving and efficiency initiatives.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockroom and yard.
• Handle warehouse transactions electronically.
• Track and cycle count to keep stock accurate.
• Assist deliveries or pickups to job sites and customers.
• Perform shipping and receiving functions.
• Confirm material and stock accuracy.
• Follow established policies for quality and cost control.
• Support general office/grounds maintenance as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.

• 3+ years of material handling warehouse experience (telecommunications experience desired).
• Forklift operation certification.
• Dependable, self‑starter with excellent work ethic; team player.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet.
• Regular hours Monday‑Friday 7:00‑5:00; availability for overtime.

• Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to above head.
• Ability to sit, stand, climb, kneel, bend, lift, crawl, squat, and reach.
• Extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, and computer use.
• Vehicle operation required; work primarily in/out of an office environment.
• Exposure to heat, cold, dust, vibration, and loud noise.
