Warehouse Lead – Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. – Dallas, TX

Job Overview

Lead a team in the warehouse to ensure accurate and efficient loading and unloading of trucks, manage daily workflow, and maintain safe, organized working environment.

• Check built loads for accuracy, load trucks, and unload trucks.
• Operate route trucks and semi‑trailers with propane or battery‑operated forklift and/or pallet jack to move product in and out of the warehouse.
• Perform general housekeeping duties and other assigned tasks.
• Direct daily workflow of warehouse team.

• Full‑time
• Monday – Friday
• 11:30 AM – finish
• Flexibility for overtime and weekend work required.

We are looking for a self‑motivated, team‑oriented individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys keeping active during their shift.

Equipment used may include electronic pallet jack, walkie rider, voice audio headset, and shrink wrap.

Typical duties: hand stacking, equipment operation (EPJ, pallet jacks), voice audio or headset use, picking and order selection, pallet handling.

• Pay starts at $24.04/hr and increases to $25.36/hr after the 6‑month anniversary.

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• 1 year warehouse experience.
• Ability to work while standing, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, kneeling, and lifting for the entire shift.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. from floor to overhead.
• Can hand‑shrink wrap pallets of completed orders.
• Comfortable working in multi‑temperature environments (hot or cool).
