Warehouse Loader

Reporting to the Operations Manager or Warehouse Manager, the warehouse loader assists with loading, repacking, inventory and maintenance.

The role is labor‑intensive, requiring the handling of bulk and route trucks. The loader builds loads from order sheets using a forklift and electronic pallet jack, ensuring accuracy and safety, and maintains a clean and safe work environment across varying weather.

• Loading trucks by selecting designated packages and flavors of products from the warehouse and loading them into the bays of a route truck.
• Ensure product is rotated on trucks and in warehouse following expiration dates.
• Clean and repackage product as set forth by RBDC standards.
• Dispose of damaged or out‑of‑code (OOC product once approved by the Operations Manager.
• Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse by disposing of trash nightly, sweeping floors daily, and using floor scrubber periodically.
• Lifting a high volume of cases (20‑45 pounds per case) repeatedly during a long work period.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Forklift operations a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment a plus.
• English; additional languages an advantage.
