Dallas, TX | Starting at $17.00/hr DOE
Action Group Staffing is seeking experienced Forklift Operators / Material Handlers for a client located in Dallas, TX. This position combines forklift operation with hands‑on warehouse duties, including material handling, sorting, and light dismantling of electronic equipment and recyclable materials.
Responsibilities- Safely operate a forklift and pallet jack to move pallets and materials throughout the facility
- Sort and perform light dismantling of electronic equipment and recyclable materials
- Separate materials according to designated commodities
- Complete required forklift safety inspections before operation
- Operate or train to operate equipment such as balers and shredders
- Follow established procedures, safety requirements, and work instructions
- Properly use required PPE at all times
- Assist in other warehouse areas based on operational needs
- Previous forklift experience required
- Active forklift certification required
- Strong safety awareness and ability to operate equipment responsibly
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Ability to read and follow basic work instructions
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Overtime may be available as needed
- Non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Frequent walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, and squatting
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and heavier items with assistance
- Comfortable working around industrial and recycling equipment
1st Shift – Monday through Friday
PayStarting at $17.00/hr, depending on experience
