General Labor - Material Handler Dallas, TX | Starting at $16.00/hr DOEAction Group Staffing is seeking dependable General Material Handlers for a client located in Dallas, TX. This position involves sorting, material handling, and light dismantling of electronic equipment and recyclable materials in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Sort and perform light dismantling of electronic equipment and products
• Separate materials according to designated commodities
• Move pallets safely using pallet jacks
• Operate or train to operate equipment such as balers and shredders
• Use hand tools as needed
• Follow established work procedures and safety guidelines
• Properly use required PPE at all times
• Assist in other warehouse areas based on operational needs

• Reliable and punctual attendance is required
• Ability to read and follow basic work instructions
• Basic math skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Previous warehouse, production, recycling, or material-handling experience is a plus
• Overtime may be available as needed

• Non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Frequent walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, and squatting
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and heavier items with assistance
• Comfortable working around warehouse and recycling equipment

• 1st Shift – Monday through Friday

• Starting at $16.00/hr, depending on experience
