Pay:

About Us
We are a warehousing and logistics company providing ocean freight coordination, customs clearance, port container pickup, warehousing, fulfillment, and after-sales repair services. We are looking for a reliable, proactive Warehouse / Forklift Lead to support our growing operations.
This is a hands-on role that combines daily warehouse and forklift duties with assigning work, coordinating team members, and helping ensure tasks are completed safely, accurately, and on time.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely to load, unload, move, and put away inventory.
- Perform daily warehouse tasks, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory counts.
- Assign daily tasks based on workload, shipment schedules, and operational priorities.
- Monitor team progress and work accuracy, adjust assignments as needed, and communicate issues to the supervisor.
- Assist with training new employees on warehouse procedures, equipment use, and safety practices.
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment issues.
- Keep storage areas organized, aisles clear, and products safely stacked.
- Work with the warehouse supervisor to resolve receiving, shipping, and inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience and the ability to operate a forklift safely and proficiently.
- Familiarity with receiving, putaway, picking, shipping, and inventory procedures.
- Previous experience as a warehouse lead or assigning and coordinating team tasks is preferred.
- Basic English communication, reading, and writing skills sufficient to understand work instructions, orders, labels, and safety requirements.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative and follow through on daily assignments.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or RF scanners is a plus.
