Bilingual Sit-down Forklift Operator

Do you have Sitdown Forklift & Shipping & Receiving experience and are bilingual in English and Spanish? A growing manufacturing company in Farmers Branch is hiring immediately.

Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5 PM - EXPECT DAILY OVERTIME

Requirements:

• Bilingual English/Spanish required as vast majority of workforce only speaks Spanish
• Strong sit-down forklift experience
• Previous Shipping & Receiving experience required
• Experience with shipping documents, packing slips, and Bills of Lading (BOLs)
• Basic computer skills and experience working within an ERP or inventory system preferred
• LTL Order Pulling experience
• UPS / WMS software experience / Fed Ex & UPS Worldwide Software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Duties:

• Operate Sitdown Forklift
• Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders, packing slips, and delivery documents
• LTL Pulls
• Inspect incoming materials for damage or discrepancies
• Process received goods within the ERP or warehouse management system
• Prepare outgoing shipments, including packing lists, Bills of Lading (BOLs), and shipping labels
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers and freight companies
• Stage finished goods and materials for shipment
• Ensure shipments meet customer requirements and packaging standards
• Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and stock verification
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Communicate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams regarding shipment status and material availability
