The Senior Project Accountant will oversee project‑based accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial management, compliance, and reporting. This role involves hands‑on work with Net Suite and requires a well‑rounded accounting background, particularly in manufacturing or similar industries.

• Up to $100,000 base salary
• Discretionary bonus

  Position Overview

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute project accounting activities, including budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting, utilizing Net Suite ERP.
  • Collaborate with project management teams to develop financial forecasts, monitor progress, and ensure accurate project‑related financial outcomes.
  • Oversee compliance with accounting standards and internal policies, maintaining accurate and timely records within Net Suite.
  • Provide detailed financial analyses and insights to support project decision‑making and cost management.
  • Contribute to month‑end and year‑end close processes, ensuring project accounting entries are complete and accurate.
  Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 5+ years of accounting experience, with a strong focus on project‑based accounting in manufacturing or a similar environment
  • Net Suite ERP expertise is required
  • Solid understanding of GAAP principles and hands‑on experience with AP/AR, general ledger, and cost accounting
  • Detail‑oriented, with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
