Your Role:Alignment Technician
As an Alignment Technician at Tire Discounters, you’ll do more than just turn wrenches—you’ll drive excellence. You’ll be an integral part of keeping our customers safe and satisfied, performing routine maintenance and fine‑tuning vehicle wheel alignment.
What You’ll Do- Ensure vehicles are properly aligned using advanced technology and top‑notch equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes and fluid exchanges.
- Inspect tires and provide services such as installation, repair, and balancing.
- Maintain a clean, organized shop and help keep the team running smoothly.
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service—making every customer feel part of the Tire Discounters family.
Skills & Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and communication skills. Prior automotive experience is a plus; a great attitude and willingness to learn is a must.
- Physical stamina: ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a dynamic shop environment—rain or shine.
- Safety‑first mindset and a valid driver’s license. Manual transmission experience is a bonus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Pay: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour + effective rate (includes overtime, variable overtime, and weekly commission on billed labor).
