Job SummaryThe primary responsibility of the Project Coordinator is to ensure seamless execution of projects from start to finish while maintaining a proactive, customer-focused approach. This includes managing all phases of a project once secured by sales, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, overseeing materials and resources, and keeping clients informed. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and with 100 % client satisfaction.
EssentialFunctions Of The Job
- Monitor and answer email inquiries
- Serve as the primary point of contact for projects once secured by sales, managing all phases from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate project activities including account setup, portal setup, invoicing instructions, inventory management, and payments.
- Communicate between Manufacturing Departments, Accounts Receivable, Art Department, and Sales Team to resolve any issues related to customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with suppliers to confirm lead times and product availability.
- Assist with additional projects as assigned, taking on leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Maintain proactive communication with customers to ensure a positive client experience.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Detail and task-oriented and possess creative problem‑solving skills
- Applicants must also have a good attitude, the flexibility to juggle multiple tasks, and comprehend at a rapid pace.
- A team player with strong computer skills
- Highly motivated, strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and is a self‑starter
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs, identify issues, and take initiative before problems arise
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Salary pending based on experience

Work HoursGeneral office hours, Monday - Friday 8 am-5 pm, plus occasional overtime.
