Kid City After school Enrichment Staff (Monday–Thursday, 3:30–6:30 PM)
Position OverviewWe are seeking Enrichment Staff to lead engaging, age‑appropriate activities that promote health and wellness, character development, and STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) learning during our after school program.
Primary Responsibilities- Lead enrichment activities for a specific grade level
- Implement and uphold classroom management procedures and expectations
- Plan and facilitate enrichment clubs (e.g., sports, STEAM, career exploration)
- Assist with student arrival and dismissal procedures, as assigned
- Maintain accurate daily attendance records
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience working with students in an educational or youth program setting is preferred
