Job SummaryDalton State College Wright School of Business seeks a full-time 10-month non-tenure track Lecturer of Business Administration position beginning January 1, 2026. Faculty workload at Dalton State College consists of the following five components: (1) teaching, (2) student success, (3) research/scholarship/creative activity or academic achievement, (4) professional service to the institution or community, and (5) professional growth. The successful candidate must demonstrate the potential for excellence in teaching and service.
The candidate should have attained a masters degree in business or a closely related field (e.g., MBA), preferably from an AACSB accredited institution. Business experience and industry certifications are important pluses. The appointment is renewable each year given satisfactory performance and budget.
The
C. Lamar and Ann Wright School of Business is AACSB-accredited, and salary is competitive with the AACSB small school network. We currently offer six B.B.A. degrees with majors in Accounting, Finance and Applied Economics, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Management, Management Information Systems, and Marketing. Priority will be given for candidates who can teach Logistics/ Supply Chain Management, Environment of Business (Introduction to Business), and/or Statistics.
Summer teaching may be available on a competitive basis.

Teach undergraduate level business courses in Logistics/Supply Chain Management and other general business courses.
