. In this role, you’ll blend technical precision with creative problem-solving to engineer displays that catch attention and perform flawlessly in stores nationwide.

Build accurate 3D models and drawings in Solid Works for POP displays, fixtures, and components.

Translate creative design concepts into production‑ready technical documents.

Support prototyping, testing, and design refinements.

Create detailed merchandising layouts for in‑store product placement.

Optimize product visibility while meeting retailer standards.

Develop clear, step‑by‑step installation and assembly guides.

Use Solid Works for exploded views and Photoshop for labeling and layouts.

Make complex builds simple and easy for store teams to follow.

Partner with senior engineers, project managers, and production to keep projects on track.

Assist with BOM reviews, prototypes, and cross‑team testing.

Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field
.

Solid Works proficiency required
;
Adobe Photoshop (InDesign a plus).

0–2 years of engineering, CAD, or POP display experience (
internships welcome
).

Strong technical drawing, visualization, and problem‑solving skills.

Familiarity with POP display materials (metal, wood, acrylic, corrugate, plastics).

Organized, detail‑driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
