Well maybe it's time you moved up. You want to be the boss? Well now's your chance, Domino's Pizza is hiring bosses - more specifically Assistant Managers. It's a tough job, one that needs a natural like you. Of course, you'll need some skills- judgement, math and the ability to multi-task.

• Assist managers in everything that happens during the shift, including cost control, inventory control, and cash control.
• Lead and motivate a team of 3-30 employees during scheduled shifts, ensuring productivity and compliance with store standards.
• Represent the store and set the tone for customer service, greeting customers with a smile and taking orders.
• Operate the cash register, collect payment, and handle phone orders.
• Make fast, accurate, and consistent products, complying with portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
• Deliver products by vehicle to customers safely and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, from the first point of customer contact to the back of the store.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino's Pizza grooming standards.

• Experience leading a team of 3-30 employees, moving them to the right place, at the right time and doing the right thing.
• A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check; access to a reliable vehicle that is insured and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong role‑model qualities, punctuality, a positive attitude toward customers and co‑workers, and attention to personal appearance.
• Willingness to work flexible hours on the busiest days, including weekends and holidays.
• Minimum 18 years old.
