A leading Tier 1 automotive supplier in northern Georgia, 30 minutes from Chattanooga, TN, is seeking a Regional Controller to support three U.S. manufacturing facilities in the South‑East. The role partners closely with Plant and Regional leadership to drive financial performance, ensure reporting accuracy, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Lead monthly financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Develop and manage annual budgets for multiple manufacturing sites.
• Oversee inventory and cost accounting, including standard cost development and reconciliation.
• Analyze product, project, and customer profitability and recommend improvements.
• Support capital projects, fixed asset accounting, and cost tracking.
• Provide KPI reporting and financial insights to Operations and Plant Management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize cost control and inventory levels.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in financial management, controlling, or cost accounting within a manufacturing environment (Tier 1 automotive strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to guide and develop teams.
• Proven expertise in managing financial operations for new program launches, including cost and revenue forecasting.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems and reporting tools (e.g., Plex).
