This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Dalton, GA, for a Credit Manager. The Credit Manager is a hands‑on role that oversees credit management operations, assesses credit risk, facilitates collections, and maintains company credit policies and procedures. The role involves analyzing financial data, evaluating creditworthiness, and managing client relationships to ensure timely payments and adherence to proper credit practices. Maintaining accurate records and working closely with other finance teams to optimize cash flow will also be part of the role.

• Strong experience in Credit Management and Credit policies
• Proficiency in Credit Risk Management and Analytical Skills
• Solid knowledge of Finance and Credit operations
• Exceptional problem‑solving, decision‑making, and detail‑oriented skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in the flooring industry or a related field is a plus
