Regional Controller

A leading Tier 1 automotive supplier in Dalton, GA is seeking a Regional Controller to support facilities in Anderson, Spartanburg, SC, and Dalton, GA. This role partners closely with Plant and Regional Leadership to drive financial performance, ensure reporting accuracy, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

This is a high-visibility leadership role supporting three U.S. manufacturing sites, offering the opportunity to directly influence financial strategy, plant performance, and continuous improvement across the region.

• Lead monthly financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Develop and manage annual budgets for multiple manufacturing sites.

• Oversee inventory and cost accounting, including standard cost development and reconciliation.

• Analyze product, project, and customer profitability and recommend improvements.

• Support capital projects, fixed asset accounting, and cost tracking.

• Provide KPI reporting and financial insights to Operations and Plant Management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost control and inventory levels.

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related, CPA strongly preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in financial management, controlling, or cost accounting within a manufacturing environment (Tier 1 automotive strongly preferred.

• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to guide and develop teams.

• Proven expertise in managing financial operations for new program launches, including cost and revenue forecasting.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems and reporting tools (Plex, etc.)
