IN-PERSON in DALTON, GA

Military Evaluation Services (MES) is hiring a 1099 PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT to perform evaluations on America?s Veterans and Service Members as part of the Veterans Benefits Administration's disability claims process.

The PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT will conduct examinations based on the disability claim filed, interview the Veteran, and record the results in the portal. This process provides the support that allows the VA to determine service-connection status and rating (monetary disbursement).

The ideal PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT candidate is able to see 5 to 10 Veterans per week. There are no on-call responsibilities, no scheduling, and no billing necessary on your behalf.

CREDENTIALING and HIRING REQUIREMENTS:

• Curriculum Vitae (CV) or Resume.
• AANP or other equivalent certification.
• Graduate degree in PA studies from regionally accredited school.
• Current State of Georgia practitioner's license.
• Other requirements established by the credentialing and hiring agencies that meet local, state, and federal standards or policies.
