Your Role:

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with patient goals.
• Deliver hands-on manual therapy and targeted exercise interventions.
• Collaborate with PTs and PTAs to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our electronic medical records system.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program
• State licensure
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
• Ability to manage a caseload of 10-12 patients per day
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Bilingual Proficiency in Spanish and English Preferred

Clinic Hours:Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PMFriday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Base Salary:$75,000 – $105,000/year + monthly incentive bonuses starting at treating 9 patients/day

Now offering sign-on bonuses up to $30,000 in select locations!

(Pay range accounts for experience, credentials, and geographic market with room for growth.)
