Amedisys is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide hands-on in-home care for geriatric patients on a weekend Baylor Day Shift with paid training and mileage reimbursement. You’ll work 1:1 in patients' homes, delivering interventions, reexaminations at least every 30 days, and discharge planning in a flexible schedule.
Required:
PT license in the assigned state, CAPTE-accredited degree, CPR, and at least 1 year of home health experience (mentoring available if less).
