Highland Rivers Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated Addictive Disease Support Services Specialist to assist individuals with Substance Use related diagnoses. You will support skill building, resource linkage, and transition to the community as part of the SUOP program.
You will assess, monitor, and assist clients with self-management of symptoms, work with the treatment team, and advocate for resources across agencies to support recovery and reintegration into the community.
