* This is not a manager role over onboarding, payroll, or benefits within HR. This role is focused on culture innovation, driving business strategy with sales teams, and growing the company's revenue from an HR perspective. Our client is seeking someone who has held a similar role to this before.

Day to Day

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager for one of their top clients. This position supports both manufacturing and corporate functions and involves partnering with talent development to address all HR aspects. It involves partnering with business leaders to understand key objectives and organizational needs, and implementing HR strategies to support those goals. The successful candidate will ensure policies, procedures, and programs are compliant and administered equitably, and collaborate with the recruiting function to manage the hiring process.

Additionally, they will execute key HR processes related to compensation, performance management, talent acquisition, talent development, employee engagement, and DE&I initiatives. The role includes consulting with leaders and employees to improve engagement, relations, performance, and organizational effectiveness. The HR professional will also prepare and manage the Human Resources budget, ensuring the department operates within budget, and manage a small team of direct reports.

Experience with high-level operations, workforce planning, change management, and talent acquisition is essential.

Desired skills:

5+ years of relevant Human Resources experience (the strategic, business side of HR)

2+ years of experience managing teams

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an HRIS system

Ability to identify problems company wide and implement creative solutions
