Position OverviewAs the Director of the Project Management Office (PMO), you will lead a team of Project Managers dedicated to the timely and efficient execution of all new product development projects within the Residential BU; guiding each project through a set of defined tollgates from product concept through market launch. This leader will also be responsible for the ongoing oversight and improvement of the New Product Development process, partnering closely with the key cross‑functional partners from across the business.
Key ResponsibilitiesChampion the effectiveness of the gated New Product Development (NPD) process, ensuring every project advances with clear accountability and timely decision‑making.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve standardized project management methodologies, tools, and templates tailored for product development and commercialization.
Recruit, develop, and inspire a team of skilled Project Managers.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.
Translate product roadmaps into executable projects with defined milestones, KPIs, and risk mitigation plans.
Oversee the execution of projects from concept through launch, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
Facilitate seamless cross‑functional collaboration across technical, product, design, supply chain, brand, and manufacturing teams.
Ensure full implementation of a project/portfolio management system that provides the pipeline visibility and modeling necessary to make effective decisions.
Serve as a key liaison between product leadership and critical stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and timely escalation of risks and opportunities.
Lead project gate reviews, steering committees, and executive updates to communicate progress and drive informed decisions.
Leverage data and insights to optimize project performance, resource allocation, and time‑to‑market.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the product development and introduction processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; PMP (required), MBA and/or PgMP (preferred).
10+ years of program or project management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role supporting product management or innovation.
Strong understanding of consumer product development, go‑to‑market strategies, and cross‑functional product delivery.
Experience in matrixed organizations using waterfall and/or agile methodologies.
Demonstrated high level of proficiency in project management software (Workfront experience preferred).

8‑hour non‑rotating shift. Hours fall to in punch day, observed calendar, shift starts AM.
