** Shaw Industries is looking to hire and train Creeler Operators who will play an important role in the manufacture and distribution of a variety of flooring solutions for our residential and commercial customers. We are looking for individuals who are motivated, interested in learning various skills, and who enjoy problem-solving.

*** Give Tufting machine operator breaks.
* Help with Backing Changes.
* Creel machines.
* Help catch blow backs.
* Help doff rolls.
* Help run knots for creel changes.
* Help thread machines.
