Production Technician - Night Shift at HANWHA Q CELLS USA INC

Work Schedule:

Swing Shift 12-hour shifts (Night shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM)

Tabber Technician is responsible for the production output including basic repair, cleaning, and troubleshooting of basic machine faults. Ability to work quickly to maintain high production levels and know when to escape problems with the machine to supervisors. Operate the equipment in a safe manner with quality and safety in mind.

• Ensure cleanliness of machine and machine components by using hose, airguns, IPA, cloths, vacuum and other appliances
• Ensure line maintains productivity levels needed to meet production demands
• Quickly address machine faults and alarms and resolve them quickly
• Report any issues requiring a technician to the line supervisor
• Produce products that meet quality standards with minimal defects
• Monitor standard equipment settings and escalate deviations for adjustment
• Help equipment technicians repair the equipment if needed
• Help other operators during breaktime and cover other work areas when needed
• Follow standardized work and not deviate from SOP and work instructions
• Adhere to the policies and procedures of Hanwha Q CELLS
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management

• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing process
• Ability to cope with pressure and be a team player
• Ability to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends and nights as needed
• Ability to lift 50 pounds without restriction
• Ability to stand and be on feet for up to 12 hours
