Title: Production Operator

Location: Dalton, GA

Salary: $20.12/hour (after 90 days of active time in position and solid performance review, eligible for rate increase)

Schedule: Straight afternoon (S/2) or Straight midnight (S/3)

Shift Differential: $1.25/hour (afternoon and midnight shift)

White Flyer Targets: Manufacturing facilities in five states throughout the United States, and is the leader in serving gun clubs and shooters.

• Operates, troubleshoots, and performs machine adjustments.
• Loads cardboard boxes into production equipment.
• Transports palletized materials using a forklift.
• Performs quality checks.
• Adheres to all safety requirements, including lockout/tagout and wearing required PPE.

• Operates Cast or Paint Machine.
• Replaces machine tooling, cylinders, and actuators as needed.
• Ensures raw material reservoirs are maintained.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior related production line experience preferred.
• Experience operating a forklift preferred.
• Advanced mechanical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills preferred.
• Must be multi‑tasking, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently and within a team environment.
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods, climb ladders, work at heights or in weather elements and extreme temperatures, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work other shifts and weekends as needed.
