We are looking for a dependable and skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for safely operating and maintaining automated production machinery to ensure high‑quality output and efficient production flow. The ideal candidate has prior experience in automated manufacturing, strong mechanical aptitude, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.

• Set up, operate, and monitor automated production equipment according to established procedures.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and make minor adjustments to maintain accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and correct basic mechanical, electrical, or sensor‑related issues to minimize downtime.
• Record production data, including counts, cycle times, and equipment performance.
• Conduct routine cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance on machines.
• Follow all company safety standards at all times.
• Communicate effectively with maintenance and production teams regarding equipment performance.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and training to enhance machine efficiency and operator skills.

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or trade school training preferred.
• 2+ years of experience operating automated or robotic machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret production instructions.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
