Summary
The IPQC Technician maintains high quality standards by reviewing final assembly products before delivering to our customer. The PQC Technician works as an in‑line quality inspector to ensure top‑tier products by verifying all quality aspects of the module.
Responsibilities
- Confirms product compliance to established quality standards by conducting visual tests.
- Rejects products that fail to meet established quality standards.
- Ensures the line maintains productivity levels needed to meet production demands.
- Documents inspection results for final product grading.
- Produces products that meet quality standards with minimal defects.
- Helps other operators during break times.
- Follows standardized work and does not deviate from SOP and work instructions.
- Adheres to the policies and procedures of Hanwha Q CELLS.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing process.
- Must be detail oriented and able to analyze information on computer monitor for 12 hours.
- Able to lift 50 pounds without restriction.
- Able to stand and be on your feet for up to 12 hours.
