Schedule:

Swing Shift (12 hours)
Day: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Night: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

The FQC Technician maintains high quality standards by reviewing final assembly products before delivering to our customer. The FQC Technician works as an in-line quality inspector to ensure top tier products by verifying all quality aspects of the module.

• Confirms product compliance to established quality standards by conducting visual tests.
• Rejects products that fail to meet established quality standards.
• Ensures line maintains productivity levels needed to meet production demands.
• Documents inspection results for final product grading.
• Reports any issues requiring a Quality Technician to the line supervisor.
• Produces products that meet quality standards with minimal defects.
• Monitors standard equipment settings and escalates deviations for adjustment.
• Assists other operators during break times and is flexible to cover other work areas.
• Follows standardized work and does not deviate from SOP and work instructions.
• Adheres to the policies and procedures of Hanwha Q CELLS.
• Performs other duties and special projects, as assigned by management.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills (specifically Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing process.
• Ability to cope with pressure and be a team player.
• Ability to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends and nights as needed.
• Must be detail oriented and able to analyze information on computer monitor for 12 hours.
