We are looking for candidates for our 2nd shift shipping department!

Starting pay begins at $19.36 and has increase potential of up-to $28/hour! The job entails learning all aspects a corrugator, recognizing quality defects and mainly loading and staging finished corrugated units for outbound shipment. There is an emphasis on accurate scanning and attention to detail. Our forklift operators are moving heavy, bulk units (without a pallet) by use of a forklift.

Forklift operators are responsible for accurate scanning, staging and loading of our units as well as transportation of waste within the facility. Waste must be weighed and recorded accurately before being transported to the hogging area.

Eligible candidates need to have a strong stable work history with a personal value on work ethics, attendance and teamwork. All of our departments must work together as a team and promote a team atmosphere.

Safety always comes first. All employees are expected to encourage and follow safety guidelines and are required to complete safety training on a monthly basis.

We run 24 hours/day, 5 days/week with occasional Saturdays. Our pay and benefit packages are highly competitive, and we provide opportunities for advancement and wage increases, as skills are learned. As well as additional bonuses. No prior corrugating experience is necessary, but shipping experience is preferred. Superior candidates may have future promotion opportunities. Employees get 40 hrs/wk with opportunities of overtime;
