Position Overview
M+A Matting is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals for a physically demanding, hands‑on manufacturing position. This role involves frequent heavy material handling, repetitive physical movements, and operating industrial Heat Press machinery in a fast‑paced production environment.
Please Note: This position requires handling heavy industrial molds weighing between 50 and 85 lbs. Employees will work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment where industrial Heat Press machines generate significant heat, resulting in high workplace temperatures.
Candidates should be prepared for physically intensive work in hot conditions throughout their scheduled shifts.
Physical Requirements & Working ConditionsHandle industrial molds weighing between 50 and 85 lbs., using appropriate lifting equipment or team assistance when required.
Work in a high-temperature production environment due to heat generated by industrial Press machines.
Perform repetitive lifting, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift.
Stand and remain physically active for extended periods.
Maintain productivity and follow safety procedures in a fast‑paced industrial setting.
Perform essential job duties safely, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform physically demanding production duties, including frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and handling industrial materials.
Load and feed materials into industrial Heat Press machinery.
Review production schedules and verify materials before processing.
Maintain production efficiency and meet established daily quotas.
Perform repetitive physical tasks, including prolonged standing, bending, and reaching.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
This part‑time position does not include health insurance, retirement benefits, or paid time off.
