Press Operator - 2nd Shift

M+A Matting is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals for a physically demanding, hands‑on manufacturing position. This role involves frequent heavy material handling, repetitive physical movements, and operating industrial Heat Press machinery in a fast‑paced production environment.

Please Note: This position requires handling heavy industrial molds weighing between 25 and 80 lbs. Employees will work in a non‑climate‑controlled manufacturing environment where industrial Heat Press machines generate significant heat, resulting in high workplace temperatures.

Candidates should be prepared for physically intensive work in hot conditions throughout their scheduled shifts.

Perform physically demanding production duties, including frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and handling industrial materials.

Load and feed materials into industrial Heat Press machinery.

Review production schedules and verify materials before processing.

Maintain production efficiency and meet established daily quotas.

Perform repetitive physical tasks, including prolonged standing, bending, and reaching.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.

Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions.

Ability to frequently lift and move materials weighing up to 25
-85lbs

Ability to stand and remain physically active throughout the scheduled shift.

Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.

Comfortable working in a non‑climate‑controlled industrial environment.

Ability to maintain productivity while performing physically demanding tasks.

Ability to perform essential job functions safely, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Previous manufacturing or industrial production experience preferred.

Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to safety.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically active environment.

Basic computer proficiency.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently after training.

Ability to meet production expectations consistently.
