We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Mender/Operator to inspect and repair products, operate production equipment, and help maintain consistent quality. This role requires good hand-eye coordination, safe working habits, and the ability to meet production requirements.

• Inspect materials and finished products for defects, damage, and inconsistencies.
• Mend or repair defects using approved tools, equipment, and techniques.
• Set up, operate, and monitor assigned production equipment.
• Adjust machine settings within authorized limits to maintain product quality.
• Identify and report equipment problems, recurring defects, and production delays.
• Complete quality checks and maintain accurate production and repair records.
• Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic equipment care as trained.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.

• Previous experience in manufacturing, machine operation, inspection, or mending preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic measuring, counting, and recordkeeping skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and a commitment to quality and safety.
• Willingness to learn equipment operation and repair techniques.

• Perform repetitive hand movements and handle materials throughout the shift.
• Sit or stand for extended periods, depending on the assigned task.
• Lift and move materials within established job requirements.
• Work in a production environment and wear required personal protective equipment.
