Monday – Friday, 7:00/8:00 AM – 3:30/4:30 PM
Relocation assistance is negotiable
Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $80,000./yr
Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for overall quality operations
- Lead transitions to updated ISO or equivalent certifications
- Deliver quality-related training and skill development programs to production teams
- Lead and mentor the QA team (4), fostering continuous improvement and accountability
- Analyze quality data to develop and refine inspection and testing methodologies
- Oversee quality documentation, reporting, and recordkeeping
- Establish and enforce quality policies and control systems throughout the organization
- Develop and validate inspection and testing procedures for components and assemblies
- Assess mechanical components and assemblies for accuracy and reliability
- Review technical documents to ensure fabricated parts meet specified requirements
- Recommend initiatives to strengthen product integrity, design, and manufacturing
- 3 years of quality experience within manufacturing required
- Ability to work onsite required
