What You’ll Do- Coordinate lab product testing and maintain test database.
- Verify test results and provide information to sales force and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure all statistical reports are prepared correctly and submitted in a timely manner to regulatory agencies to avoid fines, certification holds, and lab suspension.
- Coordinate data entry of claim results and manager comments to assist claim resolution in a timely manner.
- Prepare spreadsheets of quality audits.
- Actively participate in group activities and collaborate with team.
- Monitor and report on the status of multiple concurrent project efforts.
- Write routine reports and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
- Provide basic analysis and apply knowledge from experience or standard procedure to solve problems.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred but not required)
- 0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Communication, problem solving, and organization.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products and Mohawk Internal Computing systems.
- This job may require the ability to walk long distances and stand for long periods of time, bending, crouching and stooping and the ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day.
- This job may have occasional exposure to hazardous conditions caused by noise, moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, and other conditions associated with a high-traffic production floor. You must also be able to work in non-climate-controlled facilities.
- This job may be required to work a flexible schedule to include evening and night shifts, weekends and holidays.
- This job may occasionally require you to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
