• Maintain visually appealing and organized flooring displays across retail locations
• Ensure all product samples, racks, and signage are current, clean, and accurately labeled
• Partner with sales teams to support promotions, product launches, and merchandising strategies
• Analyze sales trends and recommend adjustments to product placement and assortment
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards
• Coordinate with Territory Managers on sample updates and new product introductions

This role operates primarily in retail store environments with frequent travel within the assigned territory.

• 2+ years of merchandising or retail experience (flooring or home improvement preferred)
• Strong understanding of flooring products and installation basics is a plus
• Ability to lift and move flooring samples and display materials (up to 50 lbs)
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to travel between store locations as needed
