American Home Design is hiring part-time and full-time In-Store Sales Representatives in Dalton, GA/ Chattanooga.

Are you outgoing and energetic? Do you enjoy talking to people face-to-face? Are you highly motivated by an uncapped bonus opportunity? If so, this position will be a great fit for you! Our salespeople work inside the local Home Depot store and promote our water products by conducting a brief water survey with shoppers. You get paid well to talk to people!

We offer paid training and a lucrative base + unlimited bonus opportunity. Our top in-store sales representatives are making over $30/hour!

Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities:

Walk the store and initiate communication with potential customers through a brief water survey conducted on a provided tablet

Meet and exceed hourly survey expectations

Our top in-store representatives are making over $30/hour

Our average in-store representatives are making $22/hour

* Bonuses will be paid out weekly.
** Must be employed to receive any bonuses including year-end bonus.

Sales Representative

Qualifications:

Ability to speak to customers with confidence and enthusiasm

Excellent communication skills

Self-motivated and self-disciplined to work independently

Must be able to work at least 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)

Ability to walk the Home Depot store for a 4-hour shift

Reliable transportation

Must be able to pass a background check
