Compensation includes a competitive base salary, monthly uncapped commissions, renewal commissions, and monthly bonus incentives.

What You Will Do
  • Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers
  • Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals
  • Build relationships with existing customers to meet agreed production goals
  • Accurately account for all currency transactions and ensure timely deposit to the bank with scanned documentation in the agency management system
  • Educate customers on product selections that best meet their needs
The Perfect Match
  • Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred (not required)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Sales or customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong relationship‑building skills
  • Excellent follow‑up and multi‑tasking skills
  • Ambitious, motivated by advancement opportunities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
