• Provide industry-leading expertise in the installation of commercial and residential flooring products
• Support sales representatives by offering technical assistance on product, installation, and performance
• Serve as an inspector for field projects, analyzing issues and recommending corrective actions
• Conduct training sessions for customers and sales associates on product and installation methods
• Plan and supervise test installations while collaborating with R&D and corporate quality teams

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial flooring installation experience
• Extensive knowledge of commercial and residential resilient installation processes and techniques
• Strong public speaking, teaching, and training skills with the ability to interact with diverse audiences
• Must be self‑motivated with good organizational and time management skills

• Experience with sheet goods, heat welding, and flash coving
• Carpet installation experience and/or professional certifications
• Leadership abilities and exemplary professionalism
• Adaptability to sudden changes in schedule
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds
