If you are a defense associate with 3+ years of post-Bar experience in litigation and are interested in hearing more about an opportunity with one of our best clients, reach out to me today! This firm offers fully remote and/or hybrid options and will work collaboratively with a team.

• 3+ years defense litigation, preferably including defense of general liability matters (premises liability, personal injury, auto/trucking accidents and construction defect cases)
• Experience conducting discovery, taking depositions, preparing motions, and assisting with trial preparation
• Experience attending mediations, arbitrations, and or trials is preferred, but not required
• Admitted in the State Bar of California
• Resides in CA and available to make in-court appearances as needed (North California or Southern California)
