Internet Sales Consultant

The Internet Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Daly City, CA, responsible for managing online sales inquiries and leads. This role includes promptly responding to internet and phone inquiries, engaging with potential customers through email, text, and calls, and scheduling showroom appointments. The consultant will provide accurate vehicle information, pricing, and financing options, while guiding customers through the online-to-in-store sales process.

Daily responsibilities also include maintaining detailed records in the CRM system, following up with prospects to support customer satisfaction and retention, and collaborating with the sales and management teams to meet individual and dealership sales goals.

• Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting and Sales skills focused on meeting targets and closing deals.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to create a positive, seamless buying experience.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with customers and colleagues.
• Experience working with online leads, CRM tools, and basic computer applications (email, spreadsheets, customer databases).
• Ability to work on-site, including evenings and weekends as needed, and to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior automotive sales or retail sales experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn product knowledge and dealership processes is essential.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and authorization to work in the United States.
