Job Description Connoisseur Media is seeking a motivated, results-driven Digital Sales Account Executive to sell our full suite of digital marketing solutions, including  radio O&O and event advertising products. Representing both Connoisseur Media and Connrex Digital, you will help local and regional businesses grow through innovative solutions such as OTT/CTV, streaming audio, SEO/SEM, targeted display, mobile advertising, and more.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, goal-oriented, and skilled at building strong client relationships. Success in this role requires strong communication and presentation skills, previous sales experience, and the ability to conduct consultative sales conversations that drive results.
You will work with clients across our San Francisco and San Jose cluster, including 96.5 KOIT, 102.9 KBLX, 99.7 NOW, 98.5 Bay Country, Mix
106.5, as well as Connrex Digital accounts across the US.

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Drive new digital business development while growing and retaining existing client relationships to achieve revenue objectives.

• Develop customized, multi-channel digital marketing solutions that align with client goals, including brand awareness, audience engagement, lead generation, and conversion-focused initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with Digital Services and Client Success teams to develop, execute, and optimize client campaigns.

• Monitor campaign performance and partner with execution teams to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved.

• Analyze and interpret campaign results, including website traffic, engagement metrics, ROI, and ROAS, and effectively communicate performance insights and recommendations to clients.

• Serve as a trusted marketing advisor by identifying opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness and maximize client outcomes.

• Champion company initiatives, sales strategies, and technology platforms designed to drive business growth and operational excellence.

• Accurately manage the sales process, including order entry, campaign onboarding, and coordination with production, digital, and client success teams to ensure seamless campaign launches.

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Requirements of this position include the following:

• 1-3 years of experience in digital media sales, with a strong understanding of digital advertising solutions and client needs.

• Knowledge of the digital media landscape, including key channels, tactics, products, and strategies, with the ability to effectively position and sell integrated solutions.

• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue goals, with a proven track record of consistent sales growth and new business development.

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities and adapting to change, all while maintaining a positive attitude/    
• Self-motivated, results-oriented professional with a strong work ethic, entrepreneurial mindset, and passion for Connoisseur Media's unique value proposition.
