At Papa, companion caregivers, also known as Papa Pals, provide part‑time companionship and assistance to older adults and families. Support includes help around the house, running errands, providing transportation, and most importantly—friendly company.

Earn up to $17.00/hr with bonuses. Mileage reimbursement for transportation visits (depends on location, not available everywhere). Work on your own flexible schedule. Use the mobile app to choose from hourly visit opportunities, typically 2–4 hours each; create your own schedule around your life.

• No prior caregiving experience needed. We welcome those with life experience caring for others, stay‑at‑home parents, retirees, or anyone wanting meaningful, flexible work.
• Kind, patient, and reliable with a passion for helping others.
• Available to work 2 or more hours per week.

• Age 21 or older
• Ability to communicate in English
• Valid U.S. issued driver’s license
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to pass a background check
• Able to pass a motor vehicle report
• Proof of valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy
• Access to a smartphone
• Access to a vehicle (vehicle year 2020 or newer)
• No prior healthcare or caregiving experience required
