Scope of work:

• Assistance in preparation and presentation of financial statements as per IFRS requirements.
• Coordinate and assist in quarterly, half yearly and annual external audits on time.
• Assistance in timely month end and year end book closure.
• Handling internal audit observations and ensuring remediation of observations raised.
• Ensure regulatory compliance including requirement of CMA regulations and Companies law.
• Good business acumen and excellent communication skills required for interaction with the shareholders.
• Monthly divisions result reporting.
• Operational review of business divisions and recommendations for the required improvement.
• P&L and balance sheet variance analysis and recommendations and actions required basis the analysis.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce management required financial reports.
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
• Provide recommendations, improve systems and procedures.
• Managing the team with proper guidance and supervision.
• Review of business contracts and provide recommendations.
• Evaluation of customer credit worthiness.

• Master’s degree in accounting

• Minimum 10 years of accounting experience.
