Job Summary
Responsible for accurate and timely billing of logistics services in line with approved customs, contracts, and operational documents. The role ensures invoice accuracy, compliance with VAT/ZATCA requirements, proper documentation, and close coordination with Operations, Sales, and AR to support revenue recognition and cash collection.
Job RequirementsMinimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
Minimum: 1 year experience in billing, invoicing, or accounting role
Preferred: 1–2 years’ experience in logistics, freight forwarding, customs clearance, or transportation industry
Knowledge of billing processes and invoice controls, Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Basic understanding of VAT/ZATCA compliance, Ability to work with ERP systems and MS Excel.
